TERMS & BOOKING CONDITIONS
Prices ::: Prices Listed In local Currency, Thai Baht valid from Jan 2017 and may be subject to changes without prior notice.
Cancellations ::: Any booking reservations can only be cancelled for a refund giving more than 24hrs confirmed notice before activity begins.
Payment ::: To book online we require a deposit or full payment, this payment is accepted via Paypals secure online payment gateway. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and debit cards via this system. You do not need a Paypal account to pay you can simply check out as a guest. We also accept direct bank transfers. Once your deposit has being confirmed your reservation will be completed and you’ll receive an email notification of this. You can then pay the remaining balance directly via cash, credit/debit card once you arrive at our dive center store for your trip or course.
Exchange Rates ::: We always use the current exchange rate at the time of guests inquiries and bookings. Any quotes in a foreign currency during an initial inquiry are based on the exchange rate at that point. Please note, if paying in a foreign currency the exchange rate may have changed at a later date when the booking is confirmed and payment requested. We use the exchange rate provided by Paypal at the time of transactions to calculate exchange rates or the BKK bank exchange rate on the day in store.
Unforeseen Circumstances ::: In the unlikely event that a dive trip is cancelled due to bad weather, or rough and dangerous sea conditions, guests are entitled to a full refund, minus any 3rd party credit card charges incurred which are none refundable, Approx 3% if/ when applicable.
Liability ::: Seafari Dive Center cannot be held responsible, or in any way liable, for property losses, personal losses, accidents, injury, or death for any reason whatsoever, whether through any activities booked through us, or caused to you buy third parties connected, or not connected to us. We will not be liable, for any additional expenses incurred by customers, for any reasons whatsoever. If a complaint is received about a trip, for any reason, We will agree to investigate and may act upon the complaint dependent upon our findings.
All customers will be required to read and sign the Boat Travel Standard Liability Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement, before they board our boat and start their day trip.
Guests enrolling on PADI courses ::: will be required to sign a Medical Liability Release form by your instructor before your PADI course commences. Download PDF version here.
Insurance ::: We recommend that if you intend to go scuba diving, you make sure you have an insurance policy that covers scuba diving activity. This may be included within your standard travel insurance policy, however if it is not please let us know you are not covered.
Medical Issues ::: Please see your Doctor if you are concerned about any medical conditions, or need information regarding vaccinations before coming to Thailand. You will be required to sign a Medical Liability Release Form by your instructor before your PADI course commences. You can download the PADI Medical Liability Release Form in PDF format here
