Where is Seafari Dive Centre?
Seafari Dive Centre is located in central Pattaya, just a short distance from the beach and popular tourist areas. Its easy to find, we are located at the backside ( 2nd road side of Mikes Shopping mall. Offering convenient access from beach road, baht bus routes with parking at the mall.

What time are you open?
Seafari Dive Centre generally:
Opens around 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Closes by 8:00 PM.
Since dive trips often start in the morning, it is recommended to arrive early to meet your group or a day or more in advance to book ahead for trips and courses.

Yes Seafari is a 5-Star PADI IDC Dive Centre meaning we offer the full menu of diving courses from beginner to professional levels.

Do you sell diving trips?
Yes, We offer Seafari scuba diving trips daily.
We visit the Pattaya islands and Samaesan marine park whilst offering guided diving with or without rental dive equipment depending on your needs.
Do you sell Snorkelling trips?
Yes, we have Pattaya snorkelling trips from our dive boats which visit coral reef locations daily. You can join the dive boat for a snorkelling excursion if you wish.
We recommend you try scuba diving for the best possible experience.
Do I need to book / pay in advance?
Yes, in order to reserve your place on the boat we require a deposit in advance.
You can book online or visit our store to do so.
What payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards: Book online with no card fees. Please note that paying in-store either part or full by card incurs a 3% charge from our Thai bank. We also accept THB Thai baht for cash payments in-store.
Do I need to be able to swim?
Yes, it’s recommended to be comfortable in the water when taking boat trips, though you don’t need to be an expert swimmer to dive or snorkel. For diving courses like PADI Open Water, a basic level of swimming ability is required, and there are always experienced instructors to guide you through the process.
Do you offer a refund for no shows?
We do not offer refunds for no-shows. If you are unable to attend your scheduled trip, please inform us as soon as possible. If we have sufficient time, we may be able to reschedule your trip or provide a partial refund, depending on the circumstances and any costs incurred. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on the notice period provided. Please note that certain charges are non-refundable, including cancellations made within 24 hours or on the day of the trip, as well as PADI eLearning materials once issued.
