PADI Openwater Course Summary

During your PADI Openwater Course, you will master the dive skills and knowledge required to dive safely and with confidence. Together with our PADI instructor, you will combine 3 days of dive theory, confined water, and open water training dives. The course includes PADI training materials, divers logbook, PADI certification fees, classroom and pool sessions, all rental scuba diving equipment for the duration of the dive course, 2 boat trips including hot buffet lunch and taxi service to and from your hotel.

PADI Openwater Course: Day 1.

Dive theory consisting of 5 DVD sections with quiz questions with training manual followed by confined water/swimming pool training. At the pool, you will begin your confined water sessions where you will be practicing several dive skills including buoyancy control and emergency drills. 5 skill sessions with our PADI Instructor which can be completed in about 3 hours. The Confined water dive skills can also be completed in the ocean if the conditions are favorable.

PADI OpenWater Course: Days 2 & 3.

Out on the boat at the Pattaya Islands where you will have 4 scuba training dives (Maximum depth 18 meters) to complete your PADI Openwater course. All rental equipment, Instructor, hot lunch and drinks are included in the price. We will collect you from your hotel each day at 8 am and return around 4.00pm. As with all of our courses, one of our Instructors will be with you every step of the way. Our dive professionals are friendly, fun and easy going.

If you are still not sure, then why not join us for a one day discover scuba trip first. If you are happy with everything then you can continue with your open water course and your discover dives will count towards your dive certification. With this option, the total cost of the open water course will work out the same. The first day discover dives are 4,000 Baht and with two more days to continue the PADI open water course the balance will be 10,990 Baht. Discover Scuba Diving

If you only have 2 days available but still need a diving certification, then you can take the PADI scuba diver course which is basically half of the Open water course. You can upgrade at any time in the future with us or any other dive center around the world. PADI Scuba Diver course
