The PADI Rescue Diver Course is the turning point in diver training after you have completed the PADI Advance Diver Course, we focus our attention on how to prevent and handle diving emergencies. During the PADI Rescue Diver Course you will learn the difference between administering rescue skills and rescue management and how both roles play an important part to safer diving. CERTIFICATE RESCUE
Upon completing the Rescue diver courses you'll be awarded a PADI Rescue certificate license ( and valid EFR/CPR card) that gives your a leadership level of diver safety and credits towards you becoming a Master diver as well as entering the Pro Training levels of Divemaster and instructor
DIVE THEORY
Students will go through five chapters of the PADI Rescue Diver manual as part of this course. We set each student up with PADI eLearning so they can download and study the material before arriving in Pattaya. Once here, our instructors run rescue practice sessions, where students get hands-on experience managing realistic rescue scenarios.
Small, Friendly Groups
We keep our dive courses small, with a maximum of four students per instructor. This setup lets us give each student plenty of attention, making sure you get the most out of your training. You’ll always be under the direct supervision of a PADI Scuba Instructor, so you can enjoy a truly personalized and safe diving experience.
CONFINED WATER TRAINING
Students begin their rescue training with the EFR course or jump straight into confined water at the swimming pool, where they practice handling emergencies in different situations, both on the surface and underwater. During rescue simulations, students apply the skills they learned in the PADI Emergency First Response course to manage real-life scenarios.
2 INCREDIABLE DIVES
The PADI Rescue Diver course will include 4 scenarios over 2 dives. These are conducted at the Pattaya Islands. During some of the dives we shall practice some of the rescue skills learnt in confined water. But don’t worry, it’s not all work. You get to fun dive too! This trip also allows divers to take in the beautiful views if the surrounding islands and bays.
WHAT DO WE SEE
Thailands dive sites are abundant with marine life. Turtles, schools of snappers, Seahorse, moray eels, lionfish, clownfish, groupers, baracudas, nudibranchs, pufferfish, parrotfish, angelfish, butterflyfish and the list goes on, and on, and on….
BUFFET LUNCH
You’ll have refreshments, fruit, water, tea, and coffee on the boat, and between dives, we take a break for a delicious Thai buffet lunch in one of Pattaya’s beautiful bays. If you have any dietary needs, just let us know during registration, and we’ll take care of it!
