PADI TEC 40 Course
For experienced divers looking to make the transition to Technical Diving.
If you are curious about Technical diving then this course might just be for you. The PADI Tec 40 course is the first step on the Technical diving ladder. The course consists of knowledge development, exam, practical sessions, and four open water training dives. The four training dives are conducted with either twinset or side-mount cylinders plus an extra stage cylinder.
Day 1 Knowledge Development 1, 2 & 3, Practical Application 1, 2 & 3 and Examination.
Day 2 Training Dives 1, 2 & 3.
Day 3 Training Dive 4 is to a maximum depth of 40 meters including 10 minutes decompression time with 50% oxygen.
During this course you will learn about the risks and responsibilities of Technical diving, equipment assembly, gas planning, oxygen limits, dive computer planning, team diving techniques, emergency procedures, handling free flows, gas leaks and out of gas situations plus the use of 50 percent oxygen during a decompression stop.
After this course, you will become a certified PADI Tec 40 diver and be qualified to complete up to 10 minutes of non-accelerated decompression while breathing from a deco cylinder of up to EANx50.
Advanced Open Water certification,
Enriched Air Diver certification,
Deep Diver Specialty certification,
Minimum of 30 logged dives including 10 Enriched Air dives deeper than 18 meters,
Minimum 18 years old,
A medical form signed by your physician stating that you are fit to dive. PADI Medical form
Total Cost: 29,800 Baht.
2 Days boat trip, 4 dives, lunch, Standard tec equipment rental for the duration of the course, certification fee, and Tec Deep Diver manual.
Discount 1,500 Baht per each day of diving if you are using your own full Tec Rig.
The Tec Deep Manual can also be used for Tec 45 and Tec 50 courses.

PADI TEC 50 Course:- Cost 32,500 Baht. 4 Days.
